
Composition: Montelukast sodium, Levocetirizine hydrochloride
Form: Film-coated tablets
Indications: Seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma in adolescents and adults from 15 years.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, age under 15, severe renal failure (CrCl <10 ml/min), lactose intolerance.
Dosage: 1 tablet (montelukast 10 mg + levocetirizine 5 mg) once daily, preferably in the evening.
Side effects: Drowsiness, dry mouth, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, mood changes.
Interactions: Alcohol potentiates sedative effects. Caution with theophylline, phenytoin, rifampicin, NSAIDs.
Warnings: Not for acute asthma attacks. Psychiatric side effects possible. Caution in pregnancy, lactation, corticosteroid tapering.
Age restrictions: From 15 years
Pregnancy: Only if prescribed by a physician when benefit outweighs risk.
