Composition: Active ingredient: levocarnitine 300 mg. Excipients: citric acid monohydrate 1.2 mg, methyl parahydroxybenzoate 0.5 mg, propyl parahydroxybenzoate 0.2 mg, purified water up to 1 ml.

Form: Oral solution

Indications: Intensive physical and emotional stress, rehabilitation after illnesses and surgeries, chronic gastritis and pancreatitis with reduced secretion, skin diseases (psoriasis, eczema, etc.), mild hyperthyroidism, vascular and traumatic brain injuries, anorexia, carnitine deficiency, growth retardation in children, sports medicine.

Contraindications: Individual intolerance.

Dosage: Taken orally 30 minutes before meals diluted in water. Adults: 0.75 g to 2.5 g depending on indication. Children from 3 years: dosage adjusted individually. Course duration: 1 to 8 weeks.

Side effects: Rare: allergic reactions, gastric pain, dyspepsia, myasthenia (in patients with uremia).

Interactions: Glucocorticoids enhance levocarnitine accumulation. Anabolic agents increase the effect.

Warnings: In diabetic patients, adjustment of hypoglycemic medication may be required. Use in children under 3 only under medical supervision.

Age restrictions: From birth (under pediatrician supervision)

Pregnancy: Permitted during pregnancy and breastfeeding if the benefits outweigh the potential risks.
