

Composition: Lansoprazole, Clarithromycin, Amoxicillin
Form: Kit: capsules and tablets
Indications: Eradication of Helicobacter pylori in peptic ulcer disease, duodenal ulcer, and chronic gastritis.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to components: lansoprazole, clarithromycin, amoxicillin, macrolide antibiotics, penicillins, beta-lactams. Severe liver or kidney dysfunction. Children under 12 years or under 40 kg.
Dosage: Take 1 capsule of Lansoprazole, 2 capsules of Amoxicillin, and 1 tablet of Clarithromycin — twice daily (morning and evening), 30 minutes before meals. Duration — 7–14 days.
Side effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, skin allergic reactions, confusion, vaginitis. Severe allergic reactions possible (anaphylaxis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome).
Interactions: May reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives. Amoxicillin enhances the effect of anticoagulants. Clarithromycin interacts with theophylline, statins, benzodiazepines. Lansoprazole is metabolized via CYP3A and CYP2C19.
Warnings: Stop use and consult a doctor if signs of allergy occur. Use with caution when taking other antibiotics. Not recommended for children under 12 years.
