
Composition: Disodium creatine phosphate (as tetrahydrate)
Form: Powder for solution for injection
Indications: Acute myocardial infarction, chronic heart failure, heart surgery, acute cerebrovascular accident (as part of complex therapy), skeletal muscle overstrain.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the drug components.
Dosage: IV: 2 g as a bolus, then 5 g via infusion; in CHF — 1 g twice daily for 14 days, then 0.5–1 g/day; for surgery — 2 g before surgery, then infusion during operation; for IM injection — dissolve in 4 ml with 40 mg lidocaine.
Side effects: Rare — allergic reactions.
Interactions: Compatible with digoxin, furosemide, dopamine, carnitine, citicoline, verapamil, etc. (stable for 3–5 hours).
Warnings: Does not replace cardiokinetic therapy. Do not use glucose solution in diabetic patients. Do not use after the expiration date.
