
Composition: Etifoxine hydrochloride
Form: Capsules 50 mg
Indications: Neurasthenic states associated with stress disorders (anxiety, fear, restlessness); anxiety-phobic disorders; autonomic disorders with mild fear, apathy, low activity.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to components; shock; myasthenia; severe liver and kidney dysfunction; pregnancy and lactation; under 18 years of age; concurrent alcohol use.
Dosage: Adults: 1 capsule before meals 2–3 times daily. Duration and dosage (up to 6 weeks) are determined individually by a physician.
Side effects: Sometimes — mild drowsiness; rarely — skin rash, angioedema; very rarely — urticaria, angiodermatitis.
Interactions: Enhances the effects of CNS depressants (neuroleptics, tranquilizers, antidepressants, antihistamines, barbiturates, analgesics, sedatives); enhances ethanol effects.
Warnings: Contains lactose — do not use in cases of galactosemia, glucose/galactose malabsorption, or lactase deficiency. Avoid driving and operating hazardous machinery during treatment.
Age restrictions: From 18 years
Pregnancy: Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
